Before closing your account, kindly transfer your available balance using CBD iBusiness. Learn more
Alternatively, you can withdraw your balance at any CBD branch.
Step 2: Account Closure
Once your account balance is zero, you can proceed with closing your account at select CBD branches:
- Dubai: Bur Dubai Branch
- All Other Emirates: The branch where you opened your account
