Commercial Bank of Dubai Partners with ICC Loyalty to Launch its Exclusive CBD Rewards Program

Dubai, 8 September 2019: Commercial Bank of Dubai, one of the leading banks in the UAE, signed a partnership agreement with ICC loyalty, one of the largest loyalty solution providers in the MENA region, to launch the new CBD Rewards Program, in a strategic collaboration with dnata and Eros Electronics.

The new CBD Rewards platform enables CBD customers to earn points across their banking relationship and offers them the flexibility to redeem these points across a suite of options including travel, electronics, shopping vouchers and cashback. Customers can also redeem points to make charity payments and pay for retail purchases using the “Pay with Points” feature.

Specifically for travel, CBD Rewards can be redeemed for air tickets across 300+ airlines, reservations at over 300,000 hotels through the program’s official travel services provider, dnata, whilst Eros Electronics provides customers with the widest range of electronics products from world renowned brands.

The partnership agreement was signed by Amit Malhotra, General Manager - Personal Banking Group, CBD, Amit Narang, Chief Executive Officer, ICC Loyalty, Savio Vaz, Vice President – Government and Corporate Travel, dnata Travel, and Shailendra Singh, Manager – E-Commerce, Retail Business Group at Eros Group, at a ceremony held at the CBD Head Office in Dubai.
