Terms and conditions:

• This offer applies to all Commercial Bank of Dubai PSC (“CBD”) cardholders who apply between 1^st April 2025 and 30^th June 2025 and are approved by CBD latest by 10 July 2025 for a Smiles Signature Credit Card and fulfill the below criteria:

• To be eligible for the Offer the Cardholder must meet the minimum spent criteria of AED 2,000 within the first 60 days from the date the Credit Card delivered to the customer.  

• 100,000 Bonus Smiles points will be awarded to eligible customers who spend AED 7,500 on the Smiles App (including food orders, groceries, home services, voucher purchases, bill payments, and device purchases) and/or e& UAE within 3 months

• If the AED 7,500 spend is made on other merchants (outside the Smiles and e& UAE app, or combination of Smiles and other merchants), customers will earn 50,000 Bonus Smiles points instead.

• The Offer is applicable for the Credit Cards sourced from agencies, CBD sales team, CBD referral program, / Customer Self-initiated on the CBD Mobile App within the offer period. 

• The offer only applies for new CBD credit card customers. If you have closed a CBD credit card in the past 6 months before applying, the offer does not apply

• You will be considered an existing customer if you either have an existing credit card with CBD or if you have closed a CBD card in the past 6 months before applying. In such cases the offer does not apply.

• To be eligible for the participation in the draw, the Cardholder must during the Offer Period, keep the account active, in good standing, not overdue or over limit. 

• Customer must perform a minimum of 10 retail transactions in the campaign period to be considered for the Offer.
