Offer is only available for customers who have specifically received the Payment Holiday communication by Commercial Bank of Dubai through emailers or SMSs.
Customers will not be charged any Late Payment Fee. However, finance charges on any outstanding balance will continue to accrue for all customers who opt-in for the payment holiday.
Customers who have taken facilities on CBD Credit Cards such as Balance Transfer, Cash on Call or any installment plan with Commercial Bank of Dubai will not be eligible for the Payment Holiday offer even if they opt-in for the same.
To ensure that the payment holiday is successfully activated, customers need to opt-in and ensure that no repayment is made towards their credit cards before 30th Jan 2019.
