Please register for this service at any CBD Al Dana Center and apply for Online Banking service as well as a Security Token.

At locations where charges are applicable based on (first hour)/(1st two hours), count of service will be calculated based on the number of hours utilized by the members correspondingly.

In case any member is using valet parking for more than the free limit, or a non-member (after membership withdrawal and down gradation) is using the service, the Bank will charge the customer as per location rte given above (which is subject to change without prior notice). Amount will be debited from customer's Account or Credit card in the subsequent month.

ADHC Limousine - Airport Transfer
Call 800 ALDANA (253262) and book your ADHC Limousine to pick you up from and/or drop you at the Abu DHabi Airport.

(ADHC Limousine is automatically coupled with Classic Meet and Assist service)

ADHC Limousine service is available within the city limits of Abu Dhabi only.

With Royal and Platinum membership, annual fee on your mandatory credit card is waived.

Marhaba Bronze Meet & Greet service will receive and assist you for express immigration and clearance at Dubai Airport.

Important Notes

  • This service must be booked through CBD call center 24*7 (except weekend/holiday)
  • Member can use free service as per eligibility for own self or for any other person. Service/s used in addition to the free service, will be charged to the member's Credit card/Account with CBD.
  • Limousine can accommodate upto 3 passengers (provided starting location and destination ( Dubai Airport) is the same for all passengers.) STD Meet & Greet services for the additional members, if availed will be charged to the member's Credit card/ Account with CBD as applicable.
  • Any service which is not offered under the membership program or booked in addition to the eligible free services or booked for additional members will be charged to the member's Credit card/ Account @ service charge agreed by the Bank with Marhaba
  • The service must be booked 3 working days prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time which means the service must be logged into the CBD call center at least 3 working days (while including weekends).
  • CBD call center will forward the request to Marhaba on the subsequent working day of the date of receipt (provided such a day being working day) of the request
  • Any service requested/cancellation made within the stipulated time limit (2 working days) as mentioned above, the execution of the service will depend upon the acceptance of the request by Marhaba and also based on the day of receiving the request and the subsequent day being the working days at CBD as well as at Marhaba.
  • Cancellation of the service must be informed ( 2 working days) prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time.
  • Marhaba services are subject to the condition of the contract declared by DNATA from time to time and made available on their website www.marhabaservices.com .
  • Marhaba will arrange limousine and few other services through another company and will issue voucher relating to such services.Marhaba is not taking any liablitity with regards to these services.

    Royal and Platinum members can use either "Marhaba Bronze Meet & Greet coupled with Limousine" or "Golden Class - Meet and Assist service coupled with Limousine Airport transfer (Abu Dhabi)" under their eligible free service/a as mentioned below:

    Royal Members - 2 per year free
    Platinum Members - 1 per year free

    Features:
    Golden Class - Meet & Assist service coupled with Limousine Abu Dhabi Airport (one-way) Transfer.

    Important Notes:

  • Classic Plus Meet & Assist Service is always coupled with Limousine Airport transfer to Abu Dhabi Airport from within Abu Dhabi City.
  • This service must be booked through CBD call center 24*7.
  • Members can use free service as per eligibility for own-self or for any other person. Service/s used in addition to the free services will be charged to the member's Credit card/ Account with CBD.
  • Limousine can accommodate upto 3 passengers (provided starting location and destination (Abu Dhabi Airport) is the same for all the passengers). Meet & Assist services for the additional members, if availed will be charged to the member's Credit card/Account with CBD as applicable.
  • Any service which is not offered under the membership program or booked in addition to the eligible free services or booked for additional members will be charged on the member's Credit Card/ Account at service agreed by Bank with NAS.
  • The service request/cancellation must be registered at CBD call center, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time.
  • For all services requested/cancellations made within the stipulated time limit (at least 24 hours) as mentioned above, the execution of the service will depend upon the acceptance of the request by NAS and also based on the day of receiving the request and the subsequent day being a working day at CBD as well as NAS.

World MasterCard and Visa Infinite memebers with their Priority Pass can enjoy access to Marhaba lounge at Dubai and International VIP airport lounges network of over 300 VIP lounges

This service is a feature/privilege linked to MasterCard World and priority pass for Marhaba Lounge access and VIP Lounges accesses respectively

All Royal members are supposed to hold MasterCard World and Platinum members are supposed to hold Visa Infinite credit card.Members can flash their Priority Pass and access Marhaba lounge. World MasterCard customers can also flash their MasterCard World card and access the lounge.

Terms and conditions of these credit cards and Priority be applied for using the service as described above

Members can also flash their membership cards( ROYAL & PLATINUM ) and access Marhaba lounge. However in such cases, customer will be charged for the service on his/her Credit Card / Account per member.

The Marhaba lounges are located at:
a) Terminal 1, Concourse 1 :Between gates 123 & 125.
b) Terminal 3, Concourse 2: Entrance located adjacent to gate 230 at the Departures duty free level( access to the lounge is via an elevator )

Apply for a CBD safe deposit locker and present your membership card to get annual fee waived. Existing safe deposit locker customers avail same benefits upon renewal of locker.

(This service is subject to availabltity of locker in desired CBD branch and refundable deposit is not waived)

Royal Members - Annual fee waiver on new Medium size locker
Platinum Members - Annual fee waiver on new Small size locker

Important Notes:

  • Security Deposit is not waived
  • Procedure for applying for the locker will remain the same.
  • Annual fee waiver on the new locker is available for those members, who don't already have a locker in CBD. Locker size must be the same or smaller than the eligible size, difference of annual fee must be charged to the customer. If the size is smaller than the free eligible siz, the difference of annual fee will not be paid to the customer.
  • For members already holding a locker with CBD, avail this benefit upon the renewal of the locker provided the existing locker is the same or smaller than the eligible locker size. In case the size is bigger than the free eligible size, difference of annual fee must be charged to the customer.If the size is smaller than the free eligible size, the difference of annual fee will not be paid to the customer.
  • Waiver upon renewal is available to those members who don't have more than 1 locker in CBD.
  • Locker allotment is subject to availabililty.

Remit money anywhere in the world through CBD and get your remittance service charge reversed in the subsequent month

Important Notice

  • Remittance service charge reversal is not available for Traveler's cheque, Manager's cheque, remittances executed through standing order and for the charges paid in cash for any type of remittance
  • First 4 remittances for Royal and first 2 remittances for Platinum will be waived
  • Other Bank Charges/ Central Bank Charges/ Correspondent charges will not be waived.
