CBD's phone banking service allows you to bank at your convenience from anywhere at a time that suits you. Our contact centre is available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You can report a lost/stolen card or a fraudulent transaction 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

How many chances do I get to enter my access code when logging on to Attijari phone?

You have five chances to enter your correct access code before your account is locked. If your account is locked, please call us on 600 527223  and one of our call centre agents will unlock your account.

What is required to get started with CBD Phone Banking?

All you need is to maintain a Current, Savings, Deposit, Loan Account or Credit Card with CBD. To register for the service, please call us on 600 575 556.

What is FTIN?

FTIN is your secret Financial Telephone Identification Number which is used to perform financial transactions through Phone Banking.

How to get TIN?

You can get it either through the branch or by calling our call centre 600 527223, but the easiest way is through CBD Online Banking. Please follow these steps:

  • Go to the Services page and click on E-Services.
  • Click on Phone Banking Registration and accept Terms & Conditions.
  • Get a one time password on the mobile number registered with us.
  • Enter the one time password and create CBD Phone Banking TIN & CBD Phone Banking FTIN to complete the registration. 
What is a TIN (Telephone Identification Number)?

The Telephone Identification Number TIN is your access code for Phone Banking services.

Is there any notifications and alerts feature in CBD Phone Banking?

There definitely is! You will receive an SMS when you complete any transaction through CBD ​Phone ​Banking.
