Othman Bin Hendi

I was promoted as Executive Manager for the Abu Dhabi branch from my original position, only to enjoy a move CBD Elite Wealth Management segment, where I took up the role of Section Head.  Owing to the Bank’s expansion, I was promoted to the role of Regional Manager, Abu Dhabi and New Dubai region, in May 2008.  In December 2012, I was promoted as the Head of Institutional Banking Wholesale Banking Group.

My personal work philosophy revolves around prioritizing requirements in order to deliver customer satisfaction.  As to success for CBD, my personal success is a reflection of the Bank’s success.  I have contributed to this by delivering consistently high levels of customer service and working with my team to identify strengths and weaknesses, working on them and utilizing each team member’s abilities to the best possible outcome.

I have been asked to speak on television on behalf of CBD, talking about our products and have also featured as a National “success story” on Dubai TV.  This made me proud to show young Nationals about what they can achieve.  Branches and teams under my responsibility have received a number of accolades over the years, from Dubai Service Excellence Award, Dubai Quality Award as well as a number of internal recognitions for service.
