Visit a CBD branch or counter to complete the registration form with the company stamp and authorised signature.

Authorised signatory needs to bring the following to complete the registration:
A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to authenticate the setup and management of e-Debit.
Charges of the utility service provider may apply.
After the e-Debit becomes active, the payment will commence from the ‘First execution date’ given during e-Debit registration/modification.
The e-Debit service is entitled by default to CBD CASA account and Cash Online account holders, and cannot be cancelled.
By visiting the utility service provider's website and searching for your bill by providing your consumer bill details.
1. Visit the utility service provider's website
2. Choose the service you would like to pay for
3. Enter your consumer/bill details
4. Click on pay
5. Choose the payment method
6. Choose Commercial Bank of Dubai
7. You will be redirected to the e-Debit login screen
8. Enter your online banking or Cash Online user ID/password
9. Confirm the transaction by providing your PIN number/token
10. Click on 'submit'
e-Debit is enabled by default for CBD CASA account Cash Online account holders.
