What is Attijari Points program?
Attijari Points Rewards program is a loyalty program that rewards you for using your CBD credit cards and offers you huge benefits and savings. Accumulate Points against all your credit card purchases and redeem your Points for free gifts and services at select rewards partner outlets across the UAE.

How can I enroll in the Attijari Points program?
You are automatically enrolled in the program once you apply for your credit card.

What is the fee applicable to opt for Attijari Points program?
Absolutely free! All credit card holders are automatically enrolled in this program

How do I accumulate Attijari Points?
You earn two Attijari Points for every one Dirham spend with World MasterCard, Visa Infinite, Visa Gold and MasterCard Gold using your primary or supplementary credit card. However, you will earn one Attijari point for every one Dirham spend on Visa classic and Visa web card.

How can I keep track of my Attijari Points?
You can simply track the details of your accumulated or redeemed Points from your monthly credit card statement or by calling 800 CBD (800223)

Is the spend on supplementary cards eligible for Attijari Points accrual?
Yes. All retail spends on the supplementary cards is eligible for earning Attijari Points.

When can I redeem my Attijari Points?
Every time you accumulate 10,000 Points or more, you will be able to redeem your Points at select partner outlets.

How can I redeem my Attijari Points?
In order to redeem your Points, you should have a minimum of 10,000 Points.
You can redeem your Points in part or full for all your purchases. Simply fill out the redemption form and select your preferred redemption partner from the list.

Can I redeem my Attijari Points accrued against my credit card annual fee?
Yes, you can definitely redeem your Points to pay your supplementary or principal credit card annual fees.

Can I redeem my Attijari Points for cash?
This option is only for CBD World MasterCard and Visa Infinite Credit Cards only.

When can I get my redemption voucher?
Redemption vouchers will be issued within four business days from the date of receiving your redemption request form.

Where can I collect my redemption voucher?
You can collect your redemption voucher from the branch where you made your request from or from the Card Services Center located at our Head Office.

When do the Attijari Points expire?
Attijari Points never expire as long as your card is active.

When will I not be eligible to redeem my Attijari Points?
You will not be eligible to redeem your Attijari Points in case of
- Irregular payment(s)
- Card cancelation
- Card block.

Skywards Miles FAQs

How can I redeem my Points for Skywards miles?
To redeem your Points for Skywards miles, you should have a Skywards membership number. If you are already a Skywards member then simply fill out the redemption form on our website and select the Skywards option from the list of redemption partners.

Can I redeem my Attijari Points or transfer my Skywards miles to a friend?
